
Graphic Designer

JOB SCOPE
ThreatLocker's Graphic Designer is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop creative concepts and design pieces for marketing initiatives including but not limited to digital advertising, motion graphics, social media, print, billboards, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
- Create and maintain user-centric designs for digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX/UI).
- Design templates for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, white papers, brochures, slide decks, etc.
- Incorporate video editing and animation elements into marketing materials where applicable to elevate content quality.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, generating fresh concepts and ensuring brand consistency across various marketing projects.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables and ensure adherence to visual standards.
- Collaborate directly with the Sales department to guide the development and implementation of personalized marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with marketing vendors and internal support departments as required.
- Ensure quality and brand standards are met across all deliverables, staying on deadline and within compliance guidelines.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on peers' work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Powerpoint, and other media editing tools. Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is strongly encouraged.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) is highly preferred.
- Proven graphic design expertise across print, digital, and promotional materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking combined with tactical execution.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
