About Thrive Autism Services
Thrive Autism Services is a specialty ABA provider dedicated to creating a healthy and safe environment where individuals with autism can learn, grow, and THRIVE. We are expanding our telehealth program to bring evidence-based, family-centered ABA services to children and families across Arizona.
About the Role
About the Role This position provides clinical oversight, ABA program development, treatment implementation, and supervision for children ages 2–10 with autism spectrum disorder. You'll split your week between in-center clinical work — direct client oversight, RBT supervision, assessments, and family training and remote days focused on program development, documentation, and telehealth consultations. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants strong clinical autonomy without giving up hands-on connection with clients and teams.
What Makes This Role Different
- $95,000–$105,000 starting salary, based on experience
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
- Hybrid schedule—3 days in-center, 2 days remote
- Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
- 30 billable hours per week
- Comprehensive benefits
- Supportive clinical leadership and collaboration
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical oversight and program management for children with autism, primarily ages 2–10.
- Conduct and oversee assessments using telehealth-adapted protocols, caregiver report, direct observation, and available clinical data.
- Analyze clinical data and make data-driven programming decisions.
- Provide remote supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs through live video observation.
- Provide caregiver and parent training through telehealth and coach families on implementing ABA strategies in daily routines.
- Collaborate virtually with families, RBTs, clinical leadership, and other professionals, including schools and multidisciplinary providers.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and authorization requests in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen and grow Thrive's telehealth program.
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain Arizona licensure.
- Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA telehealth experience.
- Ability to complete or maintain the BACB-required 8-hour supervision training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience developing individualized ABA treatment plans and providing clinical supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team.
Hybrid Work Requirements Because this role includes remote workdays, candidates must have:
- A private, quiet workspace suitable for confidential clinical work and virtual meetings.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a secure home network.
The ability to participate in video-based consultations and supervision check-ins.
