Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Partnership Manager to lead outreach and development of high-impact partnerships with influencers, content creators, and complementary businesses. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and activating partners who can promote ThriveCart to their audiences, generate leads, and create long-term growth opportunities.

You’ll work across affiliate, co-marketing, and strategic collaboration programs—building and nurturing relationships that help expand ThriveCart’s reach in the digital creator and SaaS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top-tier influencers, YouTubers, content creators, agencies, and SaaS businesses that align with ThriveCart’s target audience.
  • Build and manage an outbound pipeline of potential partners using research, tools, referrals, and events.
  • Pitch ThriveCart’s value proposition to potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Onboard new partners and provide them with the resources and incentives they need to succeed (e.g., affiliate tools, training, custom assets).
  • Collaborate with the affiliate and product marketing teams to launch co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and social content.
  • Track partner performance and continuously optimize activation, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Attend virtual and in-person events (as needed) to represent ThriveCart and deepen relationships.
  • Report on KPIs including partner sign-ups, engagement, referrals, revenue contribution, and retention.

 

Required Skill

  • Proven success in identifying, closing, and growing partnerships with influencers and/or digital businesses.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital marketing, and how influencers monetize online.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, referral platforms, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced remote team.

Experience and Education

  • 3+ years experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or business development—preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or creator-focused platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and scale partnerships that drive measurable results.
  • Experience using tools like PartnerStack, Impact, or other affiliate/influencer platforms.
