The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a data-driven and creative PPC Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key ad platforms. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing for conversions, and scaling our paid advertising efforts. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to execute high-impact campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
  • Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure full funnel alignment between ad campaigns, landing experiences, and conversion goals.
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued and may be considered in place of a formal degree.
  • Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media budgets with clear ROI and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team.
