Job Overview:
We are seeking a Content Manager that loves innovation that will be responsible for driving growth across our three brands. You will own our content strategy from end to end, using expert keyword research (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and competitor analysis to decide what we create. This is a results-driven role where your success will be measured by your direct impact on key business metrics, including user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue. You will leverage AI tools to scale production and ensure every piece of content is high-quality, on-brand, and built to perform.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Research: Develop, execute, and maintain a rolling 3-6 month content plan based on rigorous keyword research, data analysis, and competitor insights to guide the creation of blogs, videos, web pages, and guides.
- Performance & Measurement: Define, track, and report on content KPIs, linking your work directly to business outcomes like organic traffic growth, user acquisition, and reduced customer churn.
- Execution & Quality: Oversee the entire content lifecycle from briefing to publication, ensuring all assets meet our high editorial standards and are consistent with each brand's unique voice.
- AI & Efficiency: Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to streamline workflows, enhance content, and scale our editorial process effectively.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in a content strategy or management role with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
- Expertise in using SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush for keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Demonstrable experience linking content strategy to business results (user acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience managing brand voice across a multi-brand portfolio.
- Proficiency with AI writing and editing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer).
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Background in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce.
- Experience with multi-lingual websites and content localization.
- Advanced copy editing expertise.
