About You:
You don’t just code — you think about how AI can transform the way products are built and used. You love working on systems where real-time interactivity, streaming, and automation intersect with AI-driven insights. You thrive in startups where your work is highly visible, fast-moving, and impactful.
What Your Work Will Entail:
- Designing and shipping features for AI-powered automated, live, and hybrid webinars.
- Creating seamless frontend experiences where AI assists both hosts and attendees.
- Building backend services that drive scheduling, chat, polls, reminders, analytics — now supercharged with AI.
- Prototyping and integrating LLM-driven features: attendee Q&A bots, AI co-hosts, auto-generated insights, and personalized calls-to-action.
- Monitoring and scaling performance for a platform that runs webinars globally, 24/7.
- Working closely with product, design and leadership to shape the roadmap for AI innovation in the webinar space.
What You Bring to This Role (don't worry if you don't have this whole list- we expect you to learn with us):
- Experience in full stack SaaS development (React, Node.js, AWS).
- Passionate about the role of AI in reshaping webinars — from personalized attendee experiences to automated content creation.
- Use (and enjoy) AI for coding, QA, and prototyping to move faster and smarter.
- Excited by challenges in webinars, scaling webinars, and real-time interactivity.
- Communicate well with globally distributed teams and can wear multiple hats.
- A proactive mindset, with prior startup or SaaS experience a plus.
- Strong experience with our core stack:
- Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, ViteBackend: Node.js, TypeScript
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch
- Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS (Aurora RDS, S3, CloudFront, SES, SNS, SQS, EC2, etc.), Docker, Docker-Compose
- Testing: Cypress, TestCafe
- Practical experience in frontend architecture, performance and optimization approaches.
- Experience building and scaling cloud-based, real-time applications.
- Comfort with AI/LLM integration — building features with GPT, Claude, or similar APIs.
- Hands-on use of AI developer tools to enhance productivity.
- Familiarity with 3rd party APIs for chat, video, email/SMS, or payment integrations.
- Strong understanding of observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- A track record of delivering features fast without sacrificing quality.
