- Program Evaluation & Iteration: Assess training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes; partner with Enablement Design to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Enablement Design, Product Operations, Partnerships, and frontline leaders to align training initiatives with operational goals and strategic priorities.
- Expanded Audience Enablement: Deliver training for Thumbtack Pros, customers, key partners, and internal partner-facing teams to drive adoption, confidence, and satisfaction across the ecosystem.
- Mentorship & Innovation: Support and mentor junior trainers while piloting new facilitation techniques or learning approaches that raise the bar for enablement delivery.
In order to be successful, you must bring
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a related role, preferably supporting sales, service, success, or partner-facing teams.
