ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager (QR Partnerships), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration within our partnerships framework. This role provides an opportunity to lead key operational initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights that support the growth of our QR partnerships. You'll work with large data sets to generate insights, enhance reporting efficiency and develop robust dashboards. With a focus on strategic problem-solving, you'll oversee operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.

- Taking ownership of operational processes to support the QR partnerships team in achieving strategic goals.
- Managing and optimizing workflows for seamless collaboration and timely execution of partnership deliverables.
- Analyzing and interpreting large data sets to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Developing, maintaining, and refining dashboards with detailed performance metrics and visualizations for the QR partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Leveraging Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards that guide strategic decisions.
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on operational initiatives.
- Utilizing tools like Looker Studio to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven 4 - 7 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.).
- Experience with dashboarding and MIS development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
