ABOUT THE TEAM:
Tide has big hiring plans to support the company’s growth trajectory as well as launch new products and new markets. In this context, talent acquisition is a top priority and we are investing in building a world-class team.
The talent team is composed of a diverse group of full-cycle talent partners spread out across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India. This role forms part of the UK/Europe Business Area Talent Acquisition organisation and reports to the Head of TA UK/Europe. You will need to be comfortable working in a remote-first and fast-changing environment. There is a lot of freedom to create, innovate and have a high impact on how Tide attracts talent.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment delivery for Tide’s UK/Europe business, covering high-volume go-to-market, operations, and support hiring. This role holds responsibility for both strategic workforce planning and day-to-day hiring execution, ensuring the organisation continues to attract and select exceptional talent at scale within a high-growth, fast-changing environment. In this role you will build credibility as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, offering data-driven recommendations and structured guidance in ambiguous or complex hiring scenarios. A key focus will be developing a high-performing team of Talent Partners and elevating the overall TA function through innovation, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-cycle Talent Partners, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring delivery, with accountability for both individual and team hiring results.
- Partner with UK/Europe leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable hiring strategies and serve as a point of escalation for complex recruitment scenarios including role prioritisation and sourcing challenges.
- Maintain high data accuracy in the ATS and leverage analytics to monitor progress, generate insights, and influence business decisions.
- Drive initiatives that improve speed, quality, and diversity of hiring outcomes.
- Act as a staffing business partner for GTM teams, Member Operations, and Support functions within a fast-scaling organisation.
- Develop and refine sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill and niche roles across multiple channels.
- Foster partnerships that champion an inclusive recruitment experience reflective of Tide’s member communities.
- Ensure delivery remains resilient, solutions-focused, and aligned to evolving business needs in a scale-up context.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth scale-ups or startup environments.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing recruiter teams.
- Demonstrated success executing high-volume hiring, preferably 300+ roles per year across commercial and operational functions.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how talent interventions support commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to engage passive talent and deliver against challenging hiring targets without compromising quality.
- Advanced stakeholder management and the ability to influence decisions through structured guidance and insight.
- Data-driven mindset with skill in analysing pipeline metrics, forecasting, and using insights to plan and prioritise.
- Passion for delivering equitable, engaging, and seamless candidate experiences.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced organisation undergoing constant change.
