About the Role:
As Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC, you will be responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for all post onboarding KYX related activities. This encompasses both periodic reviews (e.g., annual reviews) and event-driven reviews (e.g., changes in customer information, high-risk flags). You will own the customer experience for these critical processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements for Continuous KYC.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience throughout the ongoing KYC lifecycle. Understand customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements.
- Risk Management: Collaborate closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all ongoing KYC activities are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., AML, KYC/CDD, OFAC).
- Product Development & Delivery:
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality KYC solutions.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Work with the design team to enhance the digital KYC member experience, improve the internal agent experience, and optimise operational efficiency
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse customer data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance teams, and customers.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an exceptional KYC product manager to join Tide’s KYX team as we build one of the most sophisticated business and individual entity models that allows risk based approach to linked businesses and networks while enabling upselling of products and services. You will be comfortable in ambiguous situations and in dealing with matrix management.
A unique role, you’ll be able to bring the vision to life whilst playing a leading role within Tide’s product team. Working alongside experienced product professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data engineers, operation managers and risk experts to research, build, ship and improve the product.
- You’ve spent at least seven years building products and working extensively with KYC/AML.
- Deep understanding of KYC regulations and best practices.
- Experience with designing and delivering customer-centric products in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools.
- Familiarity with financial services and regulatory landscape (preferred).
- Proven experience in working with design teams to create exceptional user experiences, with a focus on improving both customer and internal user (agents, operations) satisfaction and efficiency
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
- You have familiarity with marketplace products, in financial admin (accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax etc.) or other services (KYC, digital marketing, legal & compliance etc.)
- You have experience working with risk & compliance teams as well as operations teams
