ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Tide, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our UK market. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, you will support the acquisition roadmap for our core Business Current Account while also spearheading marketing initiatives for our high-growth verticals, including Wealth Services and Insurance.

This is a versatile, cross-functional role that offers a holistic view of the business. You will collaborate with channel specialists, analytics teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure we hit our core KPIs. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can not only support existing plans but also identify and execute their own growth initiatives to bring scale and efficiency to our marketing efforts

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Growth Execution: Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead and channel owners (Paid Search, Social, Affiliates, CRM, etc.) to deliver the UK acquisition roadmap.
  • Product Expansion: Lead performance marketing activities for Wealth Services, Insurance, Admin Services and others, ensuring these products are integrated into our broader growth strategy.
  • Data & Analysis: Own performance analysis and reporting. You will use data to draw actionable conclusions, optimize campaigns, and define next steps for the team.
  • Forecasting: Support the planning process by building data-driven forecasts that help the business understand performance trends and scaling opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including website and offer updates, to ensure all marketing communications remain compliant with regulatory requirements and market changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams. You will be expected to clearly communicate objectives and secure buy-in for new projects through data-backed evidence.
  • One Team Collaboration: Support the wider Member Accession Marketing (MAM) department by translating strategic ideas into clear, executable briefs for channel managers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Professional Background & Channel Expertise - 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. You should have deep expertise in at least one (ideally two) of the following areas: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM, SEO, Programmatic, Offline channels e.g. Direct Mail, Print, TV
  • Technical Proficiency - proven experience using tools to manage, execute, and monitor the results of performance channels, such as: Google Ads and SA360, Appsflyer, Impact Radius, Contentful, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma
  • Data-Driven Mindset - you are naturally Data Driven and highly analytical. You have strong experience using BI tools (such as Looker) to extract insights, build performance forecasts, and define clear next steps based on rigorous analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management & One Team Approach - a clear and concise communicator who can align different teams toward a common goal. You are comfortable working as One Team with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial departments to secure buy-in for new initiatives through data-backed logic.
  • Autonomy & Execution - you are expected to execute quickly with limited guidance. You have a track record of project managing small working groups independently and maintaining excellence level standards for every task, from high-level strategy to operational updates.
  • Member First Focus - you always put the Member First. You have the ability to understand the small business landscape and translate member needs into effective, compliant marketing messaging that drives value for both the user and Tide.
