ABOUT THE TEAM:
The People QA team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of our people processes and data. Acting as a bridge between People Operations, systems, and stakeholders, the team focuses on auditing workflows, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement.
Through a detail-oriented and analytical approach, People QA helps enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and support scalable, high-quality people practices across the organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a flexible People QA Analyst Intern who is self motivated and eager to kickstart a career in HR, bringing a solution-oriented approach to their work and demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our people, processes and systems meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and functionality, helping to ensure that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As People QA Analyst Intern you will;
- Spot patterns, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and highlight them proactively.
- Collaborate with People and Culture teams globally and assist in developing and maintaining effective QA programs, ensuring HR systems, policies, and procedures meet high standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality control procedures for HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Research best practices and suggest ideas to improve People processes and employee experience.
- Assist in audits and reviews of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support documentation and improvement of existing HR workflows and SOPs.
- Work closely with the People team to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Validate and sense-check AI-generated reports to ensure they are realistic, accurate, and useful.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A strong sense of curiosity and willingness to dig into data and ask questions.
- Good attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets (basic analysis, sorting, filtering, etc.)
- Ability to connect data with real-world scenarios (not just numbers, but “what it means”).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in HR, people analytics, or operations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
