Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: up to $90,000
- Ensure curriculum accuracy and proper use of current instructional materials.
- Conduct regular instructor performance audits and classroom observations.
- Oversee faculty training, development, and Faculty Personnel Reports (FPR).
- Lead Program Coordinator meetings and support Program Advisory Committee (PAC) processes.
- Collaborate with campus and corporate leaders to maintain compliance with COE, state, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise all campus instructors and support instructional excellence.
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Experience in private postsecondary education preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CampusNexus experience a plus.
