Operations Coordinator (they/she/he) Copenhagen Region

TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-Dott

  • Oversee the daily in and out-of-warehouse operations in Copenhagen Region;
  • Supervise in-house in and/or out-of-warehouse teams;
  • Manage day-to-day topics with external operations partners particularly in regards to basic recurring performance and success metrics;
  • Take responsibility of fleet management in the market including but not limited to monitoring and tailoring automations, task creations, and vehicle state management;
  • Supporting the Operations Manager to work towards ensuring business continuity and efficiency in regular operations;
  • Utilise and implement guidance from relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Business Operations Managers and relevant HQ teams;
  • Perform task work (IW or OOW) as required;
  • The precise distribution of responsibilities will correspond to the the evolution of the business and market presence.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good experience and feeling comfortable working on the computer, smartphone and using apps in general. G-suite experience and knowledge preferred;
  • Flexibility to support and directly address tasks inside and outside of the warehouse, collect, redistribute, and swap the batteries of our vehicles, check and document any damage or repairs needed;
  • English skills are mandatory / local language knowledge is a nice to have;
  • Ability to work conscientiously and with a focus on safety;
  • Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and evening shifts;
  • Prior experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, repair, or back office roles is valuable (including internships);
  • Knowledge of performing administrative tasks is valuable;
  • Prior experience in maintenance and repair is valuable;
  • A valid driver’s licence (type B).
