TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You act as the primary point of contact for our drivers and plan the deployment of them for their coming shifts
• You support your manager in the operational business and are the bridge between our drivers and managers
• You are an organizational talent and handle the associated administrative tasks and different tasks in the warehouse like security checks 
• You also get hands-on and take on tasks of our drivers or perform special tasks like customer complaints
• You schedule and control our subcontractors

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a team player and ideally have already gained experience in team leadership
• You ideally have some experience in shift planning and Excel
• You are communicative and have strong organizational skills
• You are hands-on and enjoy active work
• You speak German or English fluently
• You have a valid class B driver's license and work visa
