Director of Growth/Demand Generation
We are excited to grow our team with a marketing demand generation leader who can help us develop a data-driven marketing strategy while also being able to execute on the ground level by rolling up their sleeves to work alongside team members in reaching the Company goals. Our ideal candidate will lead with a customer-centric approach to marketing by educating, increasing awareness and driving pipeline in our target market.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and execute a comprehensive growth and customer marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels encompassing content marketing, email marketing, social media, and SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
- Lead all go-to-market strategies, product campaigns, performance marketing, social media, and partnerships.
- Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decision-making, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and offer insightful reports on marketing performance.
- Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with a high performing digital, operations, product marketing and graphic design team that fosters innovation and collaboration.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with product management and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives with business objectives while ensuring seamless execution and ongoing collaboration.
Pipeline Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored towards the FDA regulated market, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Work with the sales organization and product marketing team to define the ideal Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) principles to identify and target high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Drive consistent and engaging customer marketing campaigns working closely with account management to drive upsells and customer retention.
Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing, repeatable marketing growth and customer engagement engine.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven continuous improvement.
Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Utilize a mix of digital, content, email, social media, webinars, events, and other marketing channels to engage target prospective customers.
- Develop and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to convert leads into opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Implement robust measurement and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of demand generation campaigns and the contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Tap into latest trends and advancements in AI to identify white space across target accounts and existing customers with highest propensity to buy or upsell/cross-sell.
Technology Stack:
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology tools and platforms that enhance the demand generation process and ABM initiatives.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 10+ years in a marketing growth/demand generation leadership role with experience delivering proven results and driving enterprise B2B account-based demand generation and marketing ops teams.
- Proven track record of scaling ABM oriented demand generation programs for enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing engine.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with marketing technology, automation, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and pipeline growth.
- Inherent curiosity and personal drive with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
If the candidate lives with a commuting distance from a TigerGraph office, the candidate will be expected to work from the office 2-3 days/week. The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Redwood City, CA is $160,000 - $180,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. TigerGraph is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
