As a Sales Manager, you will lead outside sales representatives in the residential roofing space, driving revenue through hands-on coaching, clear sales standards, and consistent execution. This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who understands in-home sales and drives accountability through metrics and incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and manage outside sales representatives from lead to close
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, field coaching, trainings, and performance reviews
- Build and manage incentive programs to drive roofing sales performance
- Hold teams accountable to key metrics including NSLI, demo rates, conversion rates, and net sales
- Track KPIs, analyze trends, and report performance with clear action plans
- Partner with marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless roofing customer experience

What It Takes to Succeed
- Proven experience leading and developing outside sales teams
- Strong background in residential sales with direct experience in roofing or home improvement
- Deep understanding of one-call close methodology
- Ability to coach performance, drive accountability, and build winning sales cultures
- Comfortable running leads when needed and leading by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
