CSLB C-43 License Holder

We are seeking an active CSLB C-43 Sheet Metal Contractor license holder to serve as our Responsible Managing Employee (RME). This is a compliance-focused role designed for someone who maintains their license and is willing to assign their qualification to our company.

This position is ideal for someone who:
• Holds an active C-43 license
• No longer needs their license for their own business
• Wants stable W-2 income with minimal time commitment

Responsibilities

• Maintain active CSLB C-43 Sheet Metal classification
  • Serve as Responsible Managing Employee (RME)
  • Periodically review compliance documentation
  • Provide written confirmation of oversight when required
  • Support licensing compliance requirements

This is primarily a remote role with minimal field involvement.

Requirements

• Active California CSLB C-43 Sheet Metal Contractor license
  • Eligible to act as Responsible Managing Employee (RME)
  • Willing to assign qualification to employer
  • Must work as a W-2 employee
  • Cannot use license concurrently for your own contracting business
