Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing essential support across departments. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to maintain an efficient, productive, and well-coordinated work environment.

What You’ll Do 

  • Schedule and manage executive and team calendars; coordinate meetings.
  • Serve as first point of contact; greet visitors and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, inventory, and workspace organization.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair of office equipment.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, staff meetings, and internal events.
  • Support workforce planning by monitoring staffing needs.
  • Manage administrative costs, audit vendor/project contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Plan and coordinate team-building activities and employee appreciation events.

What It Takes to Succeed 

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, etc)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams
