As a Canvasser Team Lead, you’ll lead and support a team of canvassers while being the face of TIMEPROOFUSA in local neighborhoods. You’ll connect directly with homeowners, introduce them to our premium roofing solutions, and help your team create strong first impressions in the field. You’ll spark interest, educate homeowners on how our products protect and enhance their homes, and help schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives — no selling required on the spot, just strong leadership, genuine conversations, and the ability to motivate a team to drive results!

What You’ll Do 

• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers in the field while engaging with homeowners with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
• Support and coach team members on conducting brief product demonstrations on TIMEPROOFUSA’s roofing services — no pressure selling.
• Help qualify interested homeowners and ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled for our Sales Representatives.
• Drive team performance by meeting and exceeding daily/weekly goals for leads generated, lead quality, productivity, and overall results.
• Assist team members in overcoming objections and guiding homeowners through the benefits of residential roofing projects.

What It Takes to Succeed 

• Charismatic, outgoing personality — you thrive in fast-paced, people-heavy environments 
• Strong communication skills — clear, persuasive, and confident with face-to-face interactions 
• Reliable transportation & a valid Driver's License - must be able to commute to and from assigned territories. 
• Ability to submit to and pass a Background Check  
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (prime canvassing hours) 
• Physical Stamina - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
