Job Details:
- Primary Scope: Full tear-off and installation of Owens Corning shingle systems.
- Support Provided: All materials (shingles, underlayment, etc.) and dumpsters are provided at every job site.
- Job Type: Contract / 1099 Subcontractor

Competitive Compensation:
- We pay by the square and offer a transparent pay scale that rewards you for the specifics of the job. Pricing will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
- Base Rate: Competitive per-square rate for tear-off and install.
- Additional Pay: We provide extra compensation for slopes/steep pitches, decking replacements, flashings, drip edges, and shims.
- Weekly Pay: Get paid promptly upon successful job completion and inspection.
Requirements
- Proven experience with professional reroofing and Owens Corning products.
- Must have your own reliable crew (typically 4+ people), truck, and tools.
- Valid general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
- Commitment to site cleanliness and safety standards.
