As our HR Assistant, you'll support the employee experience from day one by coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping keep our HR and office operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including Form I-9 verification, orientation, and employee paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office support.
  • Maintain organized office systems, records, files, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and required documentation.
  • Coordinate branch facility maintenance to ensure a safe and professional workplace.
  • Provide administrative support that keeps branch operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, office administration, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
