Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures.
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
  • Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
