Job Summary

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Technology Manager, reporting into our Commercial Operations organisation. This role will make a significant impact on the business by ensuring our tech stack aligns with Tines’s evolving needs and by empowering other teams to leverage tools more effectively, ultimately driving productivity and growth, and enabling us to keep up with the rapid pace at which we’re growing.

Our ideal candidate is someone who excels at optimising systems, integrating tools, and enabling teams through training and documentation. They have the vision and foresight to plan and build out for the needs or a rapidly growing company. We like to hire people with an ownership mindset. People willing to take on responsibility, unblock themselves, and get things done. You won’t be surprised to learn that we’re big users of our own product. Tines is integral to helping power our GTM stack. With that, it also plays a big part in this role and the person taking on this role will be expected to get hands on with the product.

Finally, this is a start-up, so ideally the person is excited by the prospect of coming in and being part of building something with others who are equally energised by that same opportunity.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the administration, optimization, and management of all revenue-related systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, LinkedIn etc.) This includes planning out the future needs of the business and ensuring we’re set up to scale.
  • Ensure seamless integration between revenue systems (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, sales tools) to drive data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure efficient and scalable processes.
  • Design and implement automation to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and enforce best practices for data management, reporting, and process execution.
  • Lead the implementation of new revenue systems or features, including project management, vendor selection, and internal training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure systems are running optimally.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in revenue operations and SaaS tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools or technology to improve revenue operations effectiveness.

What you bring with you:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Systems Administration, ideally in a SaaS or tech company environment.
  • SFDC admin experience is mandatory. SFDC admin certification is not necessary, just the experience and knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the GTM technology landscape. Bonus points if you have prior experience with Hubspot, Gong, and Zoominfo.
  • Experience building workflows and integrations and a desire to learn how to use Tines.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to rollout and support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables.
  • Ability to work autonomously as needed, as well as ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to drive alignment on all systems.
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness and a bias towards ownership and action.
  • Bonus points for prior experience with automation or code. You don’t need to be a programming guru but ideally would be comfortable digging into new tools and building out automation workflows.

Target Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 OTE

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
