This is a remote role that must be based out of California as this person will be required to attend events on the West Coast regularly. 

Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Experiential Marketer to elevate Tines’ presence at large-scale tradeshows and strategic events. In this role, you’ll provide logistical support and planning for the production of high-impact brand activations, ensuring every event creates a memorable experience while driving meaningful engagement with our audiences.

This role reports to the Director of Field & Customer Marketing and collaborates closely with a global marketing team. The Experiential Marketing Specialist will shape event strategies that generate brand awareness, foster demand, and align with our brand values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness.

What you will be doing:

  • Works with Director to establish personal goals and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning of global events with varying levels of complexity, including sales conferences, trade shows, and executive roundtables.
  • Handle all aspects of event execution, including project management, budget ownership, speaker management, contract negotiations, exhibit planning, venue coordination, and real-time operations both on-site and on virtual platforms.
  • Develop event strategies in close partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Nurture teams to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support brand awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, product marketing, PR and others to ensure seamless event integration into larger marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to marketing leadership and align event objectives with company-wide goals.
  • Manage third party vendor relationships, including event agencies, freelancers, venues, and AV providers.
  • Continuously assess event processes and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to stay at the forefront of event management trends.

What you bring with you:

  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event management
  • Track record of planning and executing large-scale tradeshows and strategic events
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong project management, organizational and logistical planning abilities
  • Budgeting and financial management expertise including contract negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Understanding of brand activation strategies and familiarity with lead generation & nurturing processes
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Target Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 salary + equity
