Senior Manager, Deal Desk

*This is a remote position that must be based in the United States in the Eastern or Central time zones.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between sales, finance, legal, and product teams for complex deal structuring, with a particular focus on North America market support.
- Personally handle complex deals and directly execute deal desk operations, especially during high-volume periods
- Design, implement, and continuously improve deal desk processes and workflows
- Manage and develop a high-performing deal desk team (currently one team member)
- Directly administer and operate our CPQ tool, DealHub, including day to day operations, administration, and implementation of new models.
- Actively build and maintain pricing strategies that balance competitive positioning and company profitability
- Hands-on review and processing of deals to ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulatory requirements
- Create and deliver trainings and first-class documentation to help enable our GTM organisation
- Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and professional development
- Be prepared to directly execute on all aspects of the deal desk function as needed, not just in an oversight capacity
- Min. 8 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related revenue strategy or finance roles
- Min. 2 years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to both strategize and personally execute on deal desk operations
- Proven track record of managing and developing sales support teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models and contract structures
- Hands-on experience with deal processing and willingness to directly handle deals
- Able to prioritise and project manage incoming tasks while keeping cool under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, able to interact effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- Advanced hands-on experience with administering a CPQ tool (we use DealHub)
- Direct working experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills are required for this role
- Willingness to be both a strategic leader and an individual contributor as the business demands
Target Annual Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 salary + 10% bonus + equity
