Communications Manager

Tines is seeking a strategic storyteller and creative operator to bring the Tines voice to market. You’ll lead global external communications, including public relations, analyst relations, and modern influence programs, that define how Tines shows up in media, with analysts, on stage, and across new, non-traditional channels.
Reporting to the Global Head of Communications & Content, the ideal candidate is a builder, comfortable moving quickly, collaborating across teams, and turning ideas into outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead global communications
- Build and execute PR programs that drive awareness and credibility across business, tech, and industry media.
- Manage agency partners, develop strong journalist relationships, and craft stories that highlight Tines’ innovation in AI and enterprise automation.
- Identify timely storytelling opportunities tied to product launches, industry trends, and customer impact—ensuring Tines has a consistent voice in the market.
Drive and develop analyst relations
- Work with Product Marketing to lead briefings, coordinate evaluations, and deliver compelling narratives to key firms.
- Help refine how analysts understand our platform today, and position Tines at the center of the intelligent workflow and enterprise AI conversation.
- Build relationships with both Tier 1 and emerging firms to influence category direction and stay ahead of evolving analyst perspectives.
Expand our influence beyond traditional PR
- Develop creative ways to grow awareness through podcasts, newsletters, creators, and community partnerships—wherever the conversation is happening.
- Experiment with new channels and formats to reach buyers and builders outside legacy media ecosystems.
- Collaborate with growth marketing to align influencer campaigns with brand and demand initiatives.
Tell stories that connect
- Work across marketing, content, and leadership to elevate Tines’ narrative—from executive visibility and speaking opportunities to customer storytelling and thought leadership.
- Partner with the Senior Editor to develop compelling, consistent messaging across earned, owned, and shared channels.
- Amplify the voice of Tines leaders and customers through authored content, social strategies, and curated speaker programs.
Measure and learn
- Track results across media, analyst, and influence programs, sharing performance insights with key stakeholders.
- Use data and feedback to iterate on messaging and strategy—improving reach, clarity, and impact over time.
- Establish benchmarks and dashboards to quantify communications effectiveness and inform long-term planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in PR, communications, or brand storytelling within enterprise software, cybersecurity, or high-growth B2B tech.
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated communications programs across traditional and modern channels.
- Strong networks across media and analyst communities, with a history of securing earned media, speaking opportunities, and awards.
- Skilled at partnering across content, marketing, and executive teams to build narrative consistency and depth.
- Creative thinker who is data-informed and fluent in measuring communications success.
- Excellent writer and editor with a clear, concise style and sharp news sense.
- Background or familiarity in cybersecurity is preferred.
- A builder’s mindset: organised, resourceful, and comfortable turning ideas into outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
