Learning and Development Partner

We are seeking a proactive and impact-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to design, deliver, and scale learning initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders and teams across Tines to identify skills and capability gaps, implement learning solutions, and drive a culture of continuous development.
This role requires one day per week on-site at our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Partner with Tines leadership to assess learning needs aligned to company goals.
- Design and deliver scalable learning programs across global locations
- Ensuring alignment with Tines’ company growth and talent priorities.
Program Design & Delivery
- Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences (including workshops, training events (for example Situational Leadership training), e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job learning).
- Facilitate sessions for employees and managers, both in-person and virtually.
- Manage external vendors and learning technology platforms (Easy Llama for example)
- Leverage automation (including Tines) to streamline L&D workflows, such as enrolment, feedback loops, and certification tracking.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with functional leaders to tailor learning initiatives to team needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on development planning
- Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by providing them with 'train-the-trainer' support to share technical knowledge effectively.
Performance & Career Development
- Support frameworks for career development, and high performance culture
- Enable managers to have effective development conversations and build high-performing teams.
Measurement & Impact
- Define success metrics for L&D initiatives and evaluate effectiveness through data, surveys and reporting metrics.
- Use insights to create meaningful dashboards to continuously improve programs and demonstrate ROI.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
- Contribute to other broader People initiatives such as new hire onboarding that enhance employee experience. Own and optimize the new hire onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition that reduces 'time to productivity' for new joiners across all department
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment (ideally SaaS or technology).
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from inception to completion
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Experience with modern learning tools and platforms
- Experience performing 'Needs Analysis' to determine if a problem requires a training solution or a process improvement.
- Experience designing content for a distributed, global workforce with an awareness of inclusive design.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Growth mindset with a passion for developing others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field)
- Relevant L&D certifications, or other coaching certifications.
- CIPD certification
