The Role

Tines is looking for a Content Manager to elevate key areas of our content engine and bring our story to market with clarity and creativity.

Working closely with the Manager, Content Marketing, and the Revenue Marketing team, you’ll translate Tines’ core narratives into content that resonates with security and IT practitioners and leaders.

This is a hands on role for a content marketer who enjoys both executing and building. You'll join a growing content team that loves to experiment, moves fast, and is focused on making an impact.

You’ll take ownership of programs across long-form content, social media, blogs, and paid content with media partners. As well as running established programs, you'll also have the freedom to launch new content streams, test bold ideas, and shape how Tines shows up on social.

Location: US East Coast timezone strongly preferred

What You’ll Do

Deliver content that supports pipeline growth and drives brand awareness, helping Tines spark interest, earn trust, and build affinity with our core audiences in security and IT.

  • Manage production of long form assets, including guides and industry reports
  • Produce content for paid campaigns with media and publication partners
  • Evolve Tines' organic social strategy (primarily LinkedIn), experimenting with new formats and launching social native campaigns
  • Create and produce short form video content for social, both original and repurposed from existing assets
  • Play a key role in building and scaling Tines' creator led content strategy, supporting internal experts, community members, and external partners to create and share content
  • Spot high value moments from webinars, events, and existing content, and turn them into something new: blogs, short form video, social campaigns, etc.
  • Manage freelancers and external contributors to ensure quality at scale
  • Design efficient content workflows that help you scale output without sacrificing quality
  • Provide editorial support for content produced by internal teams and external agencies, ensuring consistency and alignment with Tines’ voice and evolving narratives
  • Interview customers and SMEs to source strong stories and insights, and contribute to case study production
  • Translate technical topics into clear, engaging stories
  • Work with the Brand team to develop compelling visual assets and ensure consistency across social and content programs
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to gather content performance feedback and iterate quickly
  • Prioritize effectively across always on programs, standalone campaigns, and product launches

What we’re looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience owning content programs and social media strategy end to end
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates compelling hooks, clear narratives, and a strong brand voice
  • A passion for social media, demonstrated through an understanding of what works on LinkedIn, and a desire to move quickly on new formats as algorithms evolve
  • Strong track record of repurposing content across channels and formats
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors
  • Experience using AI tools to scale content production, and enthusiasm for finding inventive ways to apply them, while keeping human perspectives at the core of everything we publish
  • Comfortable editing short form video for social media
  • Familiarity with AEO and SEO best practices
  • Data-driven and adaptable, using performance insights to iterate quickly
  • Excited by the opportunity to build, as well as run, impactful content programs
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences is a plus, but not required

We are targeting a base salary of up to $145,000 for this role, depending on experience, skills, and location.
