Marketing Associate, Embedded Insurance Programs

About Tint

Tint enables SaaS platforms and marketplaces to unlock growth and improve profitability through embedded insurance. We offer plug-and-play and white-labeled integrations, equipping brands we partner with a sophisticated mix of technology infrastructure, services, and deep industry expertise. Embedded insurance can transform insurance from a product bought separately to a feature of brands consumers love — and we are on a mission to make that happen.

Happy Tint customers include Turo, Deel, uShip, Guesty, Neighbor, BabyQuip, and CitizenShipper, among others. We've raised $30M and are backed by world-class investors such as Y Combinator, QED, Deciens, Nyca, Plug and Play, WIN, Soma Capital, and Pioneer Fund.

About the Role

Do you like people, pets, and exotic places? We're looking for a hands-on, versatile marketer to help grow our embedded insurance programs across property & travel, transportation & logistics, mobility, and pet. You'll own the campaigns that reach our policyholders at the moments that matter, from welcome through renewal, working across their full lifecycle to drive real, trackable growth.

This is an early-career role for a self-starter who's ready to make an impact right away. You'll run policyholder campaigns, align with brand partners, and support the events where our programs come to life. If you're looking for an opportunity to own meaningful work, grow fast, and get hands-on, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize policyholder campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints - from welcome and activation through renewal and win-back - against our mapped lifecycle framework
  • Own the campaign loop end to end: partner with internal vertical and marketing leadership on the content calendar, draft emails and texts, create assets, build and send to targeted audiences, and report on results, including annualized premium generated
  • Carry direct revenue accountability, ensuring campaign performance translates into program growth across several growing embedded insurance programs
  • Monitor and improve evergreen and lifecycle touchpoints based on performance data, recommending changes to leadership and owning the implementation of those changes
  • Help expand policyholder marketing into new verticals launching in the coming months, working alongside marketing leadership, program managers, and product managers
  • Align with brand partners' marketing teams to coordinate co-marketing calendars so both sides' campaigns reinforce each other
  • Tailor brand marketing kits to each partner and support new partner launches across our embedded insurance programs
  • Draft and post company social media supporting policyholder events, product launches, and program milestones
  • Provide logistics support for partner-hosted events: swag, event documents, internal channels, and attendee updates (occasional travel may be required)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) fluently for drafting, asset creation, and campaign ideation — leveraging them to move faster and punch above your weight

You Should Apply If You Have...

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, whether agency, in-house, or startup
  • Strong writing skills that let you draft clear, on-brand emails, texts, and campaign assets with minimal hand-holding
  • Comfort working in email and campaign platforms like HubSpot, or the drive to get there fast
  • The ability to read campaign results, draw conclusions, and adjust, and comfort being measured on outcomes like conversion and premium generated
  • The organizational ability to juggle campaigns across 4+ programs without losing the details
  • A collaborative communication style that works equally well with internal teams and external brand partners
  • Genuine excitement for hands-on, build-it-yourself work: you'd rather own something than manage a vendor

Even better if you have...

  • Insurance or fintech background
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and can identify problems and come with ideas, not just questions
  • A comfort with ambiguity and a track record of figuring things out, even when the playbook doesn't exist yet

What We Value Most in a Candidate

  • Culture is Key. Our team is remote-first — a diverse, global group that collaborates well even when we're not in person. We're looking for self-motivated people who assume good intent, communicate with candor, and make remote work feel connected.
  • Focused on Results. We're a fast-moving small team with big goals. We need people who feel a sense of urgency to drive meaningful outcomes and who hold themselves accountable for delivering on what they commit to.
  • Customer-First. We need someone who can put themselves in the shoes of a policyholder and think creatively about how to improve their experience at every touchpoint.
  • Adaptability. Things change fast here. If you're energized by learning on the fly and see roadblocks as problems you haven't solved yet, you'll thrive at Tint.
