A bit more about this role:

As a Community & Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will assist the marketing team in managing our brand’s social media and building a strong community on all platforms. You will focus on designing compelling content, handling social media scheduling, and engaging with customers to drive awareness and growth for our e-commerce tire business.



Eligibility Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Availability to work full USA hour shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM EST 
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
  • Portfolio: Must provide examples of past social media work.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • High-speed Wi-Fi connection 
  • Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days and must not be approaching such action

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Social Media Management:

    • Assist in designing and implementing creative social media templates that reflect market trends.
    • Create and manage a content calendar tailored to each social platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor, engage, and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Track and report on social media performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management software 
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).
  • A strong plus: A passion for cars or the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance.
  • Comfortable working with Google/Microsoft products for reporting and presentations.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
