Brand Partnerships Director

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Director based in our London office, where you will be working alongside our Brand Partnerships Team.
The aim of the role will be to continue developing Highsnobiety's presence in the UK market both from a revenue and brand positioning perspective. The primary focus of the candidate should be to drive revenue growth and profitability for all digital, print and offline activations, with a strong focus on global client partners based in the UK region and across different categories.
To be considered, you should have a strong network of senior leaders at the Director level and above across Marketing, PR and Communications functions of key brands as well as access to C-suite level stakeholders. Superior knowledge of the client base in this category and a proven track record of deals and partnerships with relevant clients is imperative. Since Highsnobiety sells custom work and in addition to media, a successful candidate must be able to go deep at an account level and learn how to answer needs in creative, casting, strategy, social, media, events and other areas through marketing-led cultural consultancy. You should be able to successfully motivate and partner with internal teams across Europe, as well as have a passion for great content and storytelling, and an interest in style and culture.
YOUR MISSION:
- Managing current UK based accounts/clients
- Prospecting and breaking new UK based accounts/clients utilizing your own contact book to drive revenue
- Developing marketplace and competitor knowledge to identify opportunities
- Briefing the creative services team and pitching creative marketing strategies to clients
- Understanding and utilizing contracts and pricing structures
- Monitoring existing and potential campaigns
- Creating new opportunities to drive revenue
- Achieving sales target
- Supporting the Highsnobiety Brand team in creating new opportunities to activate our brand in the UK region
YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum 5+ years of Sales/Account management experience
- Good knowledge of Media business, Digital Marketing and Editorial world
- Fluent in English is a must
- Proven track record within a relevant publishing group, agency or brand (or brand group)
- Experienced in negotiating with senior professionals on the client and agency side
