Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, Client Services to join our award-winning in-house creative agency, Highsnobiety+. In this role, you will lead the execution of engaging, on-brand B2B campaigns, grounded in a deep understanding of the client, creative brief, and overall campaign vision.
Embedded within our B2B division, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across our creative agency to produce culturally relevant, strategic content that helps our partners connect authentically with a young, style-conscious audience. MISSION:
- Strategically plan, organize, and oversee client and in-house project timelines from inception to completion, working closely with creative teams, production, brand partnership, editorial, and global counterparts.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director and Head of Client Services to ensure cross-functional alignment, uphold client satisfaction, and inform broader business decisions tied to project performance and team resourcing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and effective resource allocation across teams.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget parameters, carefully monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
- Maintain accountability across internal and external teams to meet established deadlines and drive project efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Highsnobiety+, ensuring clear communication of deadlines, budgets, and approvals, and optimizing outcomes for both parties.
- Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles in project delivery and take corrective action to minimize their impact, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, fostering trust and satisfaction to drive client retention and future business.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project status at any given moment, providing clients with timely, transparent updates and setting clear expectations.
- Accurately track revenue, costs, and manage profit and loss statements for individual projects to ensure financial performance aligns with goals.
- Organize and archive all project assets, ensuring efficient project management and availability for future reference, and maintaining a structured archive system.
- Collaborate with external vendors and maintain positive, productive working relationships to ensure quality deliverables and optimal outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and evolving best practices that enhance overall workflow efficiency and project excellence.
- Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and exceptional experience to our clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects while driving client satisfaction and business growth.
YOUR SKILLS:
- A minimum 3 years of Project Management/ Account Management experience, ideally within the creative, media, or publishing industries.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively to partners, offering white-glove support.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage complex projects efficiently.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle matrixed projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Highsnobiety aesthetic and readership, understanding the brand's identity and audience.
- Capability to perform effectively under time constraints, ensuring timely project delivery.
- A solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive attitude.
- Analytical thinking skills to assess and address project requirements and issues.
- Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a forward-thinking, dynamic team.

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
