Office & Culture Working Student (all genders)

We are looking for a Working Student to join our Office & Culture team in Berlin. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, service-oriented individual studying in Berlin who is supporting the Office & Culture Management Team for 20 hours/week. The ideal candidate interacts with all levels of the organization in furthering our company culture.

MISSION:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Facilitate seamless communication, employee requests, and cross-functional collaboration between departments, offices, and our flagship store
• Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure operational efficiency
• Plan, coordinate, and support client meetings, internal events, and workshops
• Manage deliveries, office inventory, and communication with external service providers
• Foster and maintain a vibrant and cohesive company culture across all locations
