We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Director to join our team. 

YOUR MISSION:

  • Grow new and returning business with our client and agency partners.
  • Actively initiate new client and agency relationships through in-person and virtual meetings. 
  • Work closely with our strategy, creative, marketing, and media teams to pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities leveraging our media, branded content, experiential, strategy, creative, and cultural consulting services. 
  • Track and be able to speak to your pipeline, quarterly and annual projections.  
  • Leverage multiple sources to proactively uncover and qualify key accounts, contacts and business opportunities (LinkedIn, Industry Websites, BoF, WWD). Connect with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative means to build credibility, opportunities and relationships, and introduce our capabilities with the goal of generating new revenue.
  • Identify and nurture key decision makers at qualified companies.
  • Track all interactions with qualified prospects and regularly update leads, contacts and opportunities in our salesforce.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, oversee market analysis, uncover and track prospects, and keep current on industry trends and business drivers, mining information for business development and growth.
  • Collaborate internally to brainstorm, identify, and capitalize on untapped outreach strategies and optimize the communication of current work and evolving capabilities including client marketing materials and thought leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth research on new business leads and prospects, past marketing campaigns and corporate announcements, and find useful insights for tailoring our approach.
  • Schedule, create agendas and follow-ups for internal and external meetings to ensure efficient communications and expectations.
  • Craft clearly written business development proposals and marketing materials.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Min. 3 years of advertising sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue development goals
  • Comfortable networking at the highest levels to ensure there is appropriate engagement and follow through with clients and prospects.
  • Naturally curious and excel at navigating early client conversations, nurturing prospects, and building opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem; from insights and strategy through to creative production and execution
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, synthesizing information and feedback while speaking and listening to stakeholders and prospects to identify potential opportunities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, highly organized, methodical, and energetic, with a passion for winning
  • Interested in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies
  • Receptive to feedback and thoughtfulness in providing the same to others

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
