Accounting Associate

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions to support our operations.
YOUR MISSION:
- Process and verify all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoice generation, tracking, and collections from clients.
- Reconcile vendor and client accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to payable and receivable accounts.
- Support audit preparation by providing relevant financial documentation.
- Ensure timely payments and receivable collections to optimize cash flow.
- Assist in financial analysis related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable within a media, advertising, or creative agency environment is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, or similar).
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
