Your role:
You're someone who gets things done. You move projects forward. You deliver results. Most importantly, you ensure that major brands can realize their vision. At team x, you'll manage a leading automotive client and influence how the future of mobility is communicated. Your ability to see the bigger picture ensures that everyone involved - including clients and the team - understands what needs to be done and does their best work. If you're excited to drive impactful projects in a dynamic environment, we're looking for Senior Account Manager (f/m/d) with a two-year fixed-term contract.
Don’t hesitate to apply - even if you don’t meet every single requirement. We value practical experience and skills more than formal qualifications.
What to expect

- Creating proposals, quotes, and effort estimates in collaboration with relevant departments
- Developing and monitoring project plans and translating them into resource and team allocation
- Driving process improvements and streamlining structures

What you bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in online project and stakeholder management, ideally in agencies or marketing departments

- Genuine interest in digital topics and clients and an understanding of target audiences
- Project management experience (team coordination, resource planning, and working with project management tools)
- Experience in social media and content planning: You think "social first," understand the key platforms, know how to build cross-channel strategies, spot trends, and can independently plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
What we offer
- Hybrid working and flexible working hours
- 30 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to four weeks of working remotely within the EU
- Collaboration within an international agency network offering diverse perspectives and growth opportunities
