Position Overview

In the Closing Coordinator role, the primary focus is delivering a smooth, supportive experience for our customers throughout the closing process. Acting as the main point of contact for all properties under contract, this position ensures each deal progresses swiftly and accurately. It involves coordinating with customers, title companies, and internal teams to remove roadblocks, resolve issues, and implement tailored solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of acquisition closings from contract to post-closing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, title companies, and internal departments
  • Maintaining constant and consistent communication with customers, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience
  • Identifying and resolving, sometimes complex, title issues quickly and efficiently
  • Critically thinking through potential solutions and creative closing options for customers
  • Coordinating inspections, occupancy terms, and final walkthroughs
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored in our CRM
  • Attending daily team huddles and actively participating in weekly meetings

Ideal Candidate Experience and Skill Sets:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a related role 
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, service-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and confidently in a high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in following processes with high follow up
  • Comfortable leading meetings and contributing to team culture and accountability
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs or project management systems

$50,000 - $65,000 USD
