We are hiring a long-term, part-time Sales Development Specialist to provide dependable weekend and evening coverage
Position Overview
The Part-Time Sales Development Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inbound seller leads during scheduled coverage hours.
This role is responsible for:

Promptly answering inbound calls

Conducting structured qualification conversations

Scheduling appointments for the acquisitions team

Accurately documenting all lead information in the CRM
This is a steady, process-driven position ideal for someone who values consistency and takes pride in doing the job right every time.
Duties Include

Answering inbound calls and creating a strong first impression

Responding to internet inquiries from prospective sellers

Asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand seller needs and motivation

Scheduling appointments with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and logistical efficiency

Demonstrating urgency in follow-up to ensure timely appointment setting

Maintaining communication via calls, texts, emails, and voicemails

Schedule
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Two weeknights: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Reliable availability during these hours is required.
