- Build and improve scalable systems, processes, reporting structures, and accountability rhythms across the organization
- Support leadership team members in creating clear goals, priorities, training expectations, and performance standards for their departments
- Analyze operational data, financial performance, and budget trends to guide business decisions and improve company outcomes
- Ensure recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention systems support long-term organizational health
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to support execution and business continuity
- Reinforce company standards, policies, core values, and operating expectations across the organization
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

- Ability to identify problems quickly, make sound decisions, and drive corrective action without waiting for direction
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, challenge, and support department leaders
- High ownership, strong follow-through, and ability to operate with minimal oversight
- Experience in real estate investing, construction, sales, finance, or property-related operations is beneficial but not required
