Club Quality and Member Support Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Summary
The Club Quality and Member Support Administrative Assistant will interact with our internal team. In this position you will provide high level system, administrative, and data support. This role requires knowledge of CRM related processes and reporting. An excellent understanding of customer service principles and systems support is necessary.
Description
- In consultation with management, review and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Utilize and improve administrative systems and computerized processes to accurately record, organize, update, and make relevant information easily accessible for others
- Assist management with data analysis and provide recommendations
- Collect feedback through surveys and direct interactions and compile this data for internal review
- Prepare reports, emails, letters, and other documents; using appropriate tools such as spreadsheets, SharePoint databases, and presentation software
- Function as a liaison between team members and various departments within the organization
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and staff by communicating professionally and courteously
- Collaborate with leadership team on departmental goals, initiatives, and staffing
- Complete expense reports, and submit for reimbursement in an accurate and timely manner
- Plan travel reservations, itineraries, hotel reservations, and seminar registration
- Maintain calendar management for Club Quality and Member Support department, as well as prepare and book meetings as needed
- Support department leadership with committee administration
- Support department leadership with data processing management
- Other duties as required by management
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with systems management, including Dynamics 365, and phone and chat software
- Experience editing and administering in SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to write professionally clear and concise letters and emails
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must be able to work on a team, as well as independently, and contribute to multiple projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be flexible and able to accept and adapt to change
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Project management experience preferred
- Non-profit or member support experience a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of three years customer service or office experience
Pay Range
$55,000 - $60,000 USD
Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face covering policy, is a condition of employment. You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 2 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
