Senior Partner Marketing Manager

About The Role

Together AI is the AI native cloud, which has been built bottoms up to cater to the demand for the new generation of AI applications and agents. The company has seen tremendous growth with 10X growth year on year and has over a million developers. 

As we continue to drive product innovation, we are also investing deeply in our GTM. This role will lead partner marketing at Together AI. They will define our partner marketing strategy and own the execution, in collaboration with the GTM leadership. This role will report into the head of product and solution marketing and will have the opportunity to own and independently build the partner marketing function at one of the most innovative companies at the forefront of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute partner marketing strategy, specially for NVIDIA and cloud partners – in collaboration with GTM leadership
  • Own core messaging for partners, working closely with product marketing to build those 
  • Be the marketing POC (point of contact) for partners and run regular rhythms of business to drive co-marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with demand gen and field marketing to run partner marketing campaigns
  • Outline and track metrics to measure our success in the partner space
  • Experiment and try new ideas that can help us scale further the ROI for both partners and Together aI

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably working with cloud hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or NVIDIA
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing high impact partner campaigns for B2B businesses, preferably in AI or Software Platform (PaaS)
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from ground up
  • Experience with scaling organizations through partner GTM
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
  • Bachelors degree required, preferred if in engineering

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $220-250K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area.
