You will be a foundational member of TollBit’s Partnerships Team, responsible for setting go-to-market strategy and building out the strategic partnerships that accelerate growth across our ecosystem. This is a critical role at a pivotal moment in a rapidly growing company!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
    • Conduct research, assemble landscape maps for specific partner types and collaborate with executive team on strategy & prioritization
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for partnerships with CDNs, Cyber-Security, CMS companies, & other tech stack players that align with TollBit’s growth objectives.
    • Define a clear partnership strategy and execution roadmap, ensuring alignment with TollBit’s broader business goals.
  • Co-lead partner evaluation meetings, draft partnership planning documents including integration overviews, goals and timelines
  • Manage joint customer mapping and engagement
  • Proactive meeting preparation; understand the technical details of each partnership and ensure all team members are aligned before going in. Ensure TollBit and our partners present a cohesive message to joint customers. 
  • Technical issue resolution: Bridge gaps where partners have conflicting data or technical concerns
  • Implementation: Work with relevant product and engineering teams to implement the deals you execute and ensure delivery against technical requirements.
  • Track progress on integration work (internal and external) and report to XFN stakeholders and partners to keep everyone on track
  • Manage referral programs: track referral based relationships in both directions and report internally on progress
  • Run regular QBRs and partner check ins
  • Enablement & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives, ensuring TollBit’s solutions are well-positioned in the marketplace through collaborative efforts. Work with internal comms and marketing teams on proactive external initiatives (web page / blog updates, social campaigns etc)
  • Collaborative Deal Structuring: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to structure win-win partnership agreements that align with TollBit’s goals and deliver value to partners.


What you’ve done:

  • Minimum of 6 years in a partnerships role, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and managing implementation for API or SDK based partner integrations.
  • Strong understanding of consumer internet tech-stack and tech ecosystem partners, particularly within media and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing complex deals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance against business goals.
  • A deep network within the tech, cybersecurity, & cloud ecosystems is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term results with long-term value creation

Location: Remote-first (ideally located in Los Angeles, San Francisco or NYC, USA). Travel may be required.
