【 About the role 】
Does working on the generation architecture and Backend API development get you motivated? Furbo RD team is a high-performance culture marked by agility and hyper-productivity. This position offers a great opportunity to cooperate with AI, Mobile App and Firmware engineers on our flagship and supporting products. We have been building a great product for years and are looking to innovate even further. We are looking for prolific engineers to join our engineering team and continue revolutionizing the heart of our platform. We're seeking strong Backend engineers looking to use their knowledge of building scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant services that support our unique rate-of-growth requirement. If you're excited about cloud development, committed to thoughtful architecture design, and like tackling problems of unprecedented scale on a fast-moving team, you'll fit right in here.

【What you’ll do 】

• Develop cloud native backend services.
• Deliver and deploy the latest features to our production users.
• Design, maintain and scale our backend services.
• Implement proper monitoring and alerts for running services.
• Drive our AI-native SDLC forward — build and refine the automation, agents, and guardrails that let the team ship faster.

【 Who you are 】

• Require: 5+ years backend related developing experience
• An experienced developer in Python/Golang and web framework: Flask or Django
• AWS production level experience in designing / deploying / administering services.
• Developed services with NoSQL/SQL Databases and have the confidence to easily pick up others.
• Worked in a high-availability environment and experienced with monitoring cloud infrastructure and systems.
• Hands-on understanding of AI-native SDLC / Harness Engineering, and real experience applying it — using AI coding agents in your day-to-day development.
• Knowledge in CI/CD process, extending it beyond pipelines to integrating and training coding agents and the mechanisms around them (evals, guardrails, agent orchestration).
• Familiarity with the tools for infrastructure as code: Cloudformation, Terraform, CDK.
• Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Love to embrace cutting edge techniques: serverless, docker container.
• Follow test-driven development and always strive for excellence in your code.
