Please note that this is a long-term internship requiring a minimum commitment of six months, open to candidates starting in July.

 

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Intern focuses on global CRM/Marketing Communication, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lifecycle Marketing team in implementing communication strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our communication campaign performance, driving customer engagement and subscription growth in global markets. 

This internship is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy and data-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in CRM and marketing communication! 【 What you’ll do 】

  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to understand communication plans and campaign objectives.
  • Implement and execute campaigns on Braze
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams (Data, Growth Product Management) and drive engagement and retention to existing users.
  • Analyze customer surveys and focus group to understand the effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor the performance of communication campaigns, analyzing key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop an understanding of what the Furbo community needs, accounting for differences in region, language, and segment.

 

【 Who you are 】  

  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, utilize formulas, and generate data analyses.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn about customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Able to commit ONSITE 3 days a week for this internship for at least 6 months
  • A data-driven individual with an analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
  • You love pets as much as we do!
