【About the role】
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global inventory operations and process optimization within a fast-growing international pet tech company.
You’ll work closely with our supply chain team to understand how warehouse operations and system processes support global e-commerce fulfillment. Interns may also have the opportunity to explore supply chain data and support in simple data analysis projects based on their background and learning progress.
【 What you'll do 】
- Global Inventory Operations
- Assist in maintaining and updating global inventory records using Google Sheets
- Support with downloading and reconciling inventory data from Amazon and our ERP system
- Payment Application Support
- Help in submitting and managing warehouse-related payment applications within the ERP system
- Process & Documentation Support
- Assist in updating and standardizing warehouse-related SOPs in our internal documentation system
- Support small-scale process improvements or system enhancements under guidance
- (Optional Based on Skills)
- If capable, support in simple data cleaning or preparation for supply chain performance tracking
- May assist in building basic dashboards using tools such as Tableau (training will be provided if applicable)
【What You Will Learn】
- How global e-commerce companies manage multi-country warehouse and logistics networks
- How ERP systems and Google Sheets are used to track and manage inventory
- A foundational understanding of supply chain operations, including how sales, inventory, and warehouse planning are connected
- Potential exposure to supply chain data projects and visualization tools depending on skillset
【Who you are】
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to ask questions when needed
- Interest in global operations, supply chain and warehouse management
- Experience with planning, documentation, or coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with Tableau or data visualization tools is a plus but not required
