Tomofun 正在尋找一位具備策略思維與創意執行力的「社群行銷經理」，你將主導台灣和香港的品牌聲量增長，包含內容策略、社群管理以及 KOL 合作執行。你不只熟悉社群平台的操作，更懂得如何透過好的內容與 KOL 行銷，為品牌創造價值，發揮社群行銷的最大效益。

【 What you'll do 】

  • KOL 策略執行及跨品牌合作
    • 制訂 KOL/KOC 合作策略，從預算規劃、篩選洽談，到發布後優化投放效果
    • 拓展跨品牌合作，擴大品牌聲量
  • 社群內容企劃與執行
    • 企劃：負責Instagram、Threads、Facebook 等社群平台的內容規劃與議題操作
    • 內容製作：製作貼文，包含圖文和短影音剪輯
    • 運營：管理私訊及貼文留言
  • 數據分析與優化：
    • 分析數據，深入洞察，提出具體且可行的優化方式
    • 掌握平台演算法與市場趨勢，靈活調整策略
  • 跨部門協作：
    • 與電商、產品、設計、客服夥伴合作，實現市場行銷成效最大化

 

【Who you are】

  • 5 年以上社群行銷經驗，具備成熟的預算規劃及策略能力
  • 豐富的執行經驗，能獨立對接 KOL、製作社群貼文並持續優化成效
  • 近半年有實際管理品牌社群帳號經驗，並熟悉 IG 、Threads 的溝通邏輯
  • 優秀的內容創作能力、審美力、數據敏感度
  • 熟悉 CapCut（剪映）、Canva，會其他編輯軟體加分
  • 平時工作有使用AI提升效率的習慣，如ChatGPT、AI agent
  • 喜歡主動嘗試、擅長溝通協作，優秀的自律和時間管理能力
  • 中英文流利，能與國際團隊與海外合作對象有效溝通
  • 超愛毛小孩，有養寵物大加分！
