【About the Role】

At Tomofun, we LOVE pets and technology.

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will help support our product strategies for our innovative pet camera solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience in the pet tech industry, transforming complex technology into compelling stories, and helping ensure our products resonate with pet parents worldwide. The learning curve is steep, but the work is exhilarating as we continue to innovate at the cusp of a pet-tech boom.

 

【What you’ll do

  1. Adoption & Engagement: Collaborate with the PMM team to design the user onboarding experience and drive app engagement, ensuring users easily understand the value of new Furbo features.
  2. AI Innovation & Operational Efficiency: Propose and build innovative workflows using AI tools to optimize day-to-day PMM operational efficiency (e.g. automating repetitive tasks, translate image copy into Google Sheets, and maintaining our centralized product glossary).
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between the Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, and Regional teams to ensure a cohesive feature narrative and aligned communications.
  4. Campaign Assets Development: Support feature asset development by collaborating closely with the Design and Regional teams for market execution.

 

【Who you are】

  • Availability & Commitment: Able to dedicate at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months.
  • AI Enthusiast: Tech-savvy with a strong interest or foundational knowledge in generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or automation workflows) and an eagerness to apply them to marketing operations.
  • Fast & Agile Learner: A proactive problem-solver with a passion for learning new tools, technologies, and marketing trends on the fly.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency to effectively collaborate with our global and regional teams.
