Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy

Boston - Hybrid

We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy to join our dynamic Customer Team at Tomorrow. As our Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and operationalizing our Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy. Partnering closely with our Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will serve as the driving force behind hyper-growth — connecting the dots across teams, removing friction, and acting as the operational backbone of our Enterprise GTM. This role is not traditional sales; it demands full ownership of cross-functional alignment, strategic initiative leadership, and hands-on execution to unlock high-impact opportunities. Your work will directly shape our ability to deliver exceptional value at scale, accelerate market penetration, and achieve ambitious 7-figure growth targets.

  • Serve as the connective tissue across sales, marketing, product, and operations — turning ambiguity into clarity and driving forward momentum across the organization:
  • Own strategic GTM initiatives from A to Z on an ongoing basis, working directly with the CCO/CMO/Strategic partnership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and flawless execution
  • Help scale and operationalize the Go-To-Market process with both a creative and analytical mindset — always benchmarking against best-in-class practices, validating new approaches, and optimizing for sustainable hyper-growth
    • Accelerate 7-Figure Deals: Design and implement fast-track enterprise sales processes and executive-ready sales assets — including value frameworks, ROI models, and stakeholder engagement plans — to close 7-digit SaaS deals in under 30 days.
    • Pipeline Activation & Expansion: Launch and operationalize high-impact pipeline generation programs — leveraging targeted events, ABM, Quarter-over-quarter momentum, and strategic partnerships — to drive immediate opportunities while consistently activating and nurturing pipeline for future quarters (2-8 quarters ahead).
    • Cross-Functional GTM Alignment: Lead coordination across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure full alignment and flawless execution on Enterprise opportunities.
    • GTM Process Visibility (Sales Ops): Implement simple, high-visibility systems for activity tracking, closing plan management, and deal health reporting.
    • Benchmarking and Optimization: Continuously benchmark GTM strategies against industry best practices and drive quarterly improvements to remove friction and accelerate growth.
    • Enterprise Solution Readiness: Partner with product and marketing teams to operationalize and activate new solutions into the Enterprise GTM motion (e.g., Insurance, AI).
    • Customer Advocacy Amplification: Build and execute programs to capitalize on customer success stories, referrals, and word-of-mouth to drive new opportunities.
    • Drive non-linear, exponential revenue growth: Drive non-linear, exponential revenue growth by collaborating closely with our Cloud Partner leader to unlock joint opportunities and scale pipeline through strategic alliances.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders — internally and externally — using exceptional people skills to foster alignment, trust, and action.
  • Drive progress with precision — managing complex projects with ultra-strong organizational skills and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • As needed:
    • can act as an executive sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities — building trust at the highest levels while staying hands-on and unafraid to dive into the details, including writing compelling business cases when needed.
    • Represent Tomorrow.io at critical industry events and customer forums, turning insights into actionable business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership experience in scaling Enterprise SaaS Go-To-Market strategies (sales, marketing, acquisitions, partners) with a track record of driving cross-functional success and business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as both a strategic executive sponsor and a hands-on operator — with experience engaging Fortune 500 C-level executives, writing business cases, aligning complex stakeholder groups, and driving deals from concept to close.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills — equally confident in boardroom discussions, cross-functional collaboration, and customer negotiations.
  • Exceptionally organized and self-driven, with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight timelines.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for continuously benchmarking and improving GTM strategies based on data, feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry dynamics, enterprise buying behavior, and key market trends.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with global companies and multicultural environments.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
