Boston, Massachusetts, United States

About Tomorrow.io
Selected as a TIME 100 Most Influential Company and a Fast Company Most Innovative Company, Tomorrow.io is the world’s leading Resilience Platform™. With a fully operational proprietary satellite constellation and a generative AI–integrated forecasting engine, Tomorrow.io delivers the world’s most accurate and actionable weather intelligence. Combining next-generation space technology, advanced AI, and proprietary weather modeling, the platform empowers organizations to proactively manage risk, seize opportunity, and improve operational efficiency. Trusted by six of the top ten Fortune 500 companies, Tomorrow.io serves as essential infrastructure for the global economy, enabling industries from aviation and energy to logistics and government to adapt in real time to an increasingly volatile world.

The Role
As the VP of Marketing, you are the chief architect of our global market dominance, designing marketing not just as a function but as an intelligent, AI-driven system. You are a visionary leader who has successfully scaled high-growth B2B SaaS/deep-tech companies through late-stage expansion or public market transitions.
You will lead a global, AI-first marketing organization, ensuring that Tomorrow.io remains the gold standard in Resilience Platform™ while driving aggressive pipeline growth across international markets and diverse industrial verticals.

Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and will collaborate in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston. This position also reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Native Marketing Architecture
    • Architect the Operating Model: Treat marketing as a system to design, not just a function to run. Build and continuously optimize AI-driven workflows that power how the organization operates and scales.
    • Orchestrate Internal + Market: Connect internal enablement (productivity, insights, decision velocity) and market engagement (content, campaigns, customer experience) into one cohesive, AI-driven system.
  • Category Leadership & Brand Strategy
    • Own the Narrative: Further define and solidify the "Weather Intelligence" category. Position Tomorrow.io as the gold standard in climate resilience.
    • Space-Tech Storytelling: Effectively communicate our unique differentiator—our proprietary satellite constellation—to the enterprise market.
    • Executive Presence: Act as a key spokesperson for the company, engaging with media, analysts, and top-tier industry events.
  • Full-Funnel Growth & Demand Generation
    • Enterprise Scale: Build and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy that fuels a world-class sales organization targeting Fortune 500 accounts.
    • PLG Integration: Optimize our "Free-to-Paid" motion for our developer and consumer touchpoints to create a robust top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Product Marketing & Verticalization
    • Industry Deep-Dives: Partner with Product and Sales to refine messaging for specific industries (e.g., how weather intelligence reduces fuel burn for airlines or prevents outages for utilities).
    • Enablement: Equip our global sales team with the narrative, tools, and competitive intelligence needed to win complex enterprise deals.
  • Team Leadership & Operations
    • Scale the Team: Mentor and grow a lean, agile marketing organization. Foster a culture of "Grit," radical transparency, and high-velocity experimentation.
    • Budget & ROI: Own the marketing budget, with a relentless focus on CAC/LTV and driving measurable pipeline impact.

What You Bring

  • 12+ Years of Marketing Leadership: Ideally with significant experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • AI-Systems Thinking: You bring a systems mindset to how AI reshapes a marketing function. You've architected the connection between tools, teams, and outputs  and you know the difference between bolting AI on and rebuilding around it.
  • Category-Creation Mindset: Proven track record of defining a new market segment or repositioning a company from a commodity to a strategic necessity.
  • Deep-Tech Fluency: You can speak "Satellite," "AI," and "Enterprise SaaS" in the same breath. You are comfortable translating complex technical moats into human-centric value propositions.
  • The "Boston Hustle": You thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You are strategic, but you aren't afraid to dive into the tactical details to get a campaign across the finish line.
  • Experience with Multi-Stakeholder Sales: You understand the nuances of selling to the C-Suite, Operations, and Sustainability leaders simultaneously.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
